As an entrepreneur, we all try to sabotage ourselves. We don't take the time to really think about what we want to do next. We have the next "big idea" in the shower, then immediately try to implement it.
Then comes the ups and downs of our businesses each week. You don't want to fall into this cycle. It's a dangerous habit to get into.
In this episode I break down the 4 main questions you need to ask yourself before introducing these "big ideas" to your team.

If you’re getting stressed out in your business, look at your focus.
Many people think that stress occurs because there are too many things to do, but that is only PARTIALLY true.
In reality, stress occurs because of lack of focus. You feel stretched between multiple demands and commitments. Or you want to make more money so you market to find more clients. Or you start up a side hustle (or 10 side hustles—who is guilty of this!).
Result? You create too much to do… and that messes with your focus.
But ultimately the problem is not one of having too many things to do, it’s really about how well you focus on one thing at a time and crush it until it’s done.
I’m not saying you should serve fewer people or cut back on your side hustles. I’m saying you need to unlock a deeper level of focus… turn that lightbulb of attention into a tightly focused laserbeam and tackle the most important project all the way through to completion.
